Well then. Hi. July 11 was the second A Day in the Life Challenge (organized by Francesca). It was a crazy, busy day. And to be honest, having to remember to take pictures every hour just made it that much more stressful. Nothing against the challenge, I think on a normal day where I didn’t visit 2 hospitals (I returned the crutches FINALLY), have 2 doctor appointments (GP + appointment re: an impending endoscopy), a whirlwind trip to the mall and seriously delayed meals it would have been fine. Lesson learned.
12pm. I forgot it was ADitL until I checked Twitter. So. This is my ulcer medication. Fascinating, I know.
1pm. The capsule wardrobe in action.
1:45pm. Accessories. Turns out that lipstick clashes terribly with that scarf. (Coral in scarf vs red lipstick.)
2:45pm. The crutches are returned!
3:30pm. Me googling things in the Apple store because no one wanted to answer the questions I had. Thank you, Google. Bad Apple store. But there is a MBA in my future. More on this in a later post.
4:00pm. Heading to the second hospital and first health related appointment.
4:20pm. Waiting. It did not help that I didn’t know what this appointment was for until I got in there and the doctor asked “so tell me about this pain you’re having.” Um… which one?! (It was for my stomach and to schedule an endoscopy. Fun. Not.)
5pm. A very late lunch.
6pm. Second health related appointment ahoy.
6:10pm. Waiting. Again.
7pm. J. prepping dinner.
8pm. A very late dinner.
8:40pm. Catching up on the German GP.
9:30pm. Still light. Just.
11:15pm. Shut down.
All shot on my iPhone (it was the easiest option) using VSCOcam and Instagram.
