Hope everyone had a good 4th. We did nothing. At all. I can’t tell if that’s a relief or an annoyance. It’s gotten warm here so I definitely missed having access to a swimming pool.
Health: Beyond exhausted. Not sure if I can blame the weather or if this is just a flare but damn, I am SO TIRED. This is the first time I’ve even tried to get on the computer since my last blog post. And pictures? Pffft. Forget it. I suppose it’s a good reminder that summer should be a relaxing time although I’d rather choose to relax than be forced to. On the other hand, it is highly unlikely I would ever choose to. Maybe my body knows this and is forcing the issue. Who knows?
Knitting: I have been knitting! Only twice a week for only about 6 rows at a time but I’m knitting. Hayward, if you’re curious. Which has the most nerve wracking sizing ever.
Since I have gone through my yarn again (looking for my next project, as you do), I have found even more yarn allergies. These just itch and that’s not a good thing for yarn to do.
Knit Picks Shadow Kettle Dyed in Atlantic. Two skeins previously knit with and frogged (still holding up nicely though) + one new skein. £8 + shipping.
Knit Picks Shadow Kettle Dyed in Soot. One skein wound into center pull ball, the rest as new. £13 + shipping.
Madeline Tosh DK in Forestry. £10 + shipping. (I am still so sad about this yarn.)
Sundara Yarn Fingering Merino Cashmere in Summer Sangria. £25 + shipping.
Since I’m allergic to these, they need out of the house asap. Any takers? (Please take.)
Also on the allergy front, still a few necklaces left. After this week though, I’m done holding on to them. So.
